Where do I register for Kerala PSC exams?#
Every Kerala PSC application starts with One Time Registration (OTR) on the Commission’s Thulasi portal at thulasi.psc.kerala.gov.in. The registration guide below walks the profile creation screen by screen, and the apply guide covers what happens after.
