Downloading your Kerala PSC admission ticket

Your Kerala PSC admission ticket is downloaded from your own Thulasi profile, and it appears from the date printed in that month’s examination programme under "Admission Tickets available from". Across the September and October 2026 programmes that date fell 14 to 15 days before the examination. For confirmation-required posts, no ticket is generated at all unless you submitted confirmation inside its window.

Steps

  1. Check the release date on the examination programme

    The Commission prints an "Admission Tickets available from" date per category number in its monthly examination programme. In the September and October 2026 programmes, that date sat 14 to 15 days before the exam date — but read the row for your own post rather than assuming a fixed gap. Our exam calendar carries these rows.

  2. Log in to your profile

    Sign in at thulasi.psc.kerala.gov.in with your User ID and password.

  3. Open the admission ticket section and pick the post

    Admission tickets are listed per post and category number. Only posts you applied for — and, where required, confirmed for — appear.

  4. Download and print it

    Print the ticket so the text and the printed photograph stay legible. Kerala PSC does not publish a colour-printing requirement, so we do not state one; what the General Instructions do require is that the photograph on the ticket is of the specified size, identifiable, and bears your name and the date of the photograph.

  5. Do not paste a photograph on it

    The General Instructions state, in capitals, that no photograph shall be pasted on the admission ticket, and that candidates who produce a ticket with a photograph pasted over the scanned image will not be allowed to attend the examination.

  6. Check your profile the day before

    The General Instructions ask candidates to visit their profile on the previous day of the examination for the latest updates, and note that a postponement is communicated through profile message and SMS, with the same admission ticket valid for the new date.

How many days before the exam is the Kerala PSC hall ticket released?#

It is set per examination programme, not by a blanket rule. Across the September and October 2026 programmes the "Admission Tickets available from" date fell 14 to 15 days before the exam date. Read the row for your own category number.

Why can I not see my admission ticket?#

The most common reasons are that the release date has not arrived, or that confirmation was not submitted for a confirmation-required post — in which case the Commission states the ticket is not generated at all.

Does the admission ticket have to be printed in colour?#

Kerala PSC does not publish a colour requirement, so we do not state one. What is required is that the printed photograph is of the specified size, identifiable, and carries your name and the date.

Do I need to attach a photo or get the ticket attested?#

No photograph is to be pasted on the ticket — the General Instructions say so in capitals. Those instructions describe no attestation requirement for OMR or descriptive examinations.

My ticket shows a reporting time earlier than the exam start. Which one matters?#

The reporting time. Candidates arriving after it will not be allowed entry under any circumstances, and seating in the hall closes 15 minutes before the time printed for the examination itself.
