When your Kerala PSC admission ticket does not appear

A missing Kerala PSC admission ticket almost always has one of three causes: the release date printed in that month’s examination programme has not arrived, confirmation was not submitted for a post that required it, or the application was rejected on detailed scrutiny. The Commission states candidates are admitted provisionally and that applications found discrepant on scrutiny are rejected.

Steps

  1. First, check the release date

    The examination programme prints an "Admission Tickets available from" date for each category number. Before that date there is nothing to download and nothing is wrong.

  2. Then check whether the post needed confirmation

    For confirmation-required posts, the Commission states the admission ticket will not be generated for candidates who failed to confirm within the window, and their application for the post will be summarily rejected. Check your profile’s confirmation section for that category number.

  3. Check your profile messages

    The General Instructions state candidates are admitted provisionally because detailed scrutiny of applications is not complete, and that applications with discrepancies found on scrutiny are rejected. Profile messages are where that surfaces.

  4. Confirm your profile itself is in order

    An incomplete profile, or a photograph that does not meet the specification, is a real cause. The General Instructions warn that a ticket whose photograph is not of the specified size, not identifiable, or missing the name and date means the candidate is not admitted.

  5. Escalate through the Commission’s own channels

    Kerala PSC publishes enquiry numbers and a help page. Use Contact Us and Help, or your district office. There is no separate admission-ticket grievance portal that we could find.

Frequently asked questions

Can I get a late confirmation so my ticket is generated?#

We found no official Kerala PSC route for confirming after the window closes. The Commission’s confirmation document states the ticket is not generated and the application is summarily rejected.

Can I sit the exam without the admission ticket?#

No. The General Instructions require candidates to bring the admission ticket along with identity proof in original and a ballpoint pen.

Who do I contact about a missing ticket?#

The Commission’s Contact Us page lists its enquiry numbers and its email address; district offices are listed separately. Those are the official channels.
