Applying for a High Court of Kerala post
The High Court of Kerala recruits its own staff directly through hckrecruitment.keralacourts.in, not through Kerala PSC. It has its own one-time registration separate from Thulasi, publishes its own notifications, and sets its own eligibility windows and selection stages. Nothing you know about the Kerala PSC process — Thulasi, confirmation, the rotation chart — carries across.
Steps
Use the High Court’s own portal
Registration and applications happen at hckrecruitment.keralacourts.in. A Thulasi profile does not apply here, and a High Court registration does not apply to Kerala PSC.
Register separately
The portal has its own one-time registration and its own profile, including its own photo and signature requirements. Complete it before a notification you want closes.
Read the notification itself
Notifications are published at the portal’s notifications page. Eligibility, age windows, fee conditions and the selection stages are all set there, per post.
Do not assume Kerala PSC rules
Age reckoning, relaxation, negative marking and the selection stages are the High Court’s to set. In particular, Kerala PSC’s "age as on 1 January of the notification year" convention is not the High Court’s convention.
Verify eligibility on the official notification
Eligibility for these posts turns on details such as date of birth, community and the class of your degree. We do not hold those details and cannot tell you whether you qualify — read the notification and, if in doubt, ask the High Court through its published channels.

Where the Commission has not published a rule, this guide says so rather than guessing. Anything marked “not officially published” is exactly that.
