Requesting a change of Kerala PSC interview date
Kerala PSC publishes a procedure for changing an interview date: log in to your profile, open the Requests section, choose Request To Change Interview Date, state your reason and upload supporting documents. The request can be submitted from the point your interview memo is issued until the day before the interview. The Commission does not publish which reasons it accepts — each request is decided on its own.

The procedure is published at Procedure for interview date change requests. It is a profile function, not an email or a letter.
Choose Request To Change Interview Date
The request type is named explicitly in the Requests dashboard. Use it rather than any general grievance route.
State the reason and attach your documents
The form takes a description of the reason and supporting documents. Attach the evidence — a medical document, for instance — rather than describing it only in words.
Submit within the window
The request can be submitted from the time your interview memo is issued up to the day before the interview date. There is no published provision for a request made on or after the day itself.
Do not assume approval
The Commission does not publish a list of grounds it accepts, so no one can honestly tell you your reason will be granted. Submit early, keep attending to the original date until you are told otherwise, and do not treat a pending request as permission to be absent.
