1. A pass in Technical High School Leaving Certificate Examination in the appropriate Trade OR 2. (i) A pass in Secondary School Leaving Certificate Examination or its equivalent (ii) National Trade Certificate in the appropriate Trade/Pass in Kerala Government Certificates in Engineering Examination in the appropriate Trade/Pass in Vocational Higher Secondary Certificate course in the appropriate Trade Note : III (a) Rule 10(a) (ii) of Part II of KS &SSR is applicable.
