1 A pass in Technical High School Leaving Certificate Examination in the Appropriate Trade. 2 (i) OR A pass in Secondary School Leaving Certificate Examination or its equivalent. (ii) National Trade Certificate in the appropriate Trade/Pass in Kerala Government Certificate in Engineering Examination in the appropriate Trade/ Pass in Vocational Higher Secondary Certificate Course in the appropriate Trade (this text is cut off in our record — read the full condition in the official notification PDF)
