Eligibility
Qualification
1. A Foreign Going Master's Certificate granted by the Government of India or its equivalent with command experience for one year. OR Must have served as Officer not below the rank of Lieutenant Commander in the Indian Navy in the Executive Branch and must possess the certificate of Services as Master(Foreign Going) and not being in the active list there of. Preferential:-Experience in piloting and/or dredging operation for one year or more. 2. Must be certified to possess the Visual Standard Specified below: (i) Distant Vision Right eye Left eye V-6/6 V-6/6 (ii) Near Vision Reads 0.6 Reads 0.6 (iii) Each eye must have a full field of vision.
