Eligibility
Qualification
(i) Should have passed standard VII and should not have acquired any Graduation. (ii) Should be an Ex-serviceman Note: 1) Rule 10 (a)(ii) of Part II of KS & SSR is applicable. 2) Service in Border Security Force (BSF), Defence Security Corps (DSC), Assam Rifles, General Reserve Engineering Force (GREF), Jammu and Kashmir Militia and Lok Sahayak Sewa will not be treated as Military Service as shown in G.O(P)No.399/77 /GAD dated 26.11.1977. 3) Candidates possessing Military Graduation Certificate are eligible to apply for this post as per G.O(P)No.5/2018/P&ARD dated 19.04.2018. 4) The following personnel who have served in the Territorial Army will be considered as Ex- serviceman. a) Personnel of the Territorial Army, namely, pension holders for continuous embodied service or broken spell of qualifying service. b) Gallantry award winners of the Armed forces including personnel of Territorial Army. c) Ex-recruits boarded out or relieved on medical ground and granted medical disability pension. Those who produce an authentic document proving that they belong to anyone of the above three categories will be considered for selection. 5) In addition to the
