(a) A Pass in Pre-Degree/Plus Two course with Science subject with not less than 50% marks. (b) A pass in the two years Diploma Course in Blood Bank Technology conducted by the Sree Chitra Institute of Medical Sciences and Technology /Medical Colleges/ Health Services

20–36 years. Candidates must be born between 2 January 1989 and 1 January 2005 (both dates included). Usual age relaxation applies for SC/ST and OBC candidates.
