Note: i) A Degree in Law conferred or recognized by the Universities in Kerala. and ii) Must be a member of the Bar and must have had not less than three years of active practice in Criminal Courts as on 1st January 2025. (Link: GO(P) No:06/2018/Home dated 22.01.2018) i) Selection and appointment to this post will be subject to the final orders of Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP(C)No: 18268/2025 dated 18.07.2025. (ii) Certificate of Enrollment issued by the Bar Council & Experience certificate of Three years active practice in Criminal Courts as on 1st January 2025, issued by a Judicial Officer not below the rank of a First Class Judicial Magistrate, should be produced (Format is given below as annexure).
