1. M.Ch/DNB/DrNB in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery 2. Have completed the Basic Course in Biomedical Research from recognized medical institution designated by the National Medical Commission 3. Permanent Registration Under Kerala State Medical Council (TCMC)/ Council for Modern Medicine Note:

22–48 years. Candidates must be born between 2 January 1977 and 1 January 2003 (both dates included). Usual age relaxation applies for SC/ST and OBC candidates.
