1. M.Ch/ DNB in Cardio Vascular & Thoracic Surgery OR M.Ch/ DNB in Cardiac Surgery OR M.Ch/ DNB in Vascular Surgery OR M.Ch/ DNB in Thoracic Surgery 2. Permanent Registration under Kerala State Medical Council (TCMC) / Council for Modern Medicine Note:I 1. KS&SSR Part II Rule 10(a)ii is applicable. 2.
