(1) Graduation in any subject from a UGC recognized University or Institutes established by Central or State Government. (2) Ability to Communicate in Malayalam and English languages. (3) Pass in SSLC/ Plus Two with Computer as one of the subjects. OR Must have passed a recognized Computer Course of not less than three months duration from a Government recognized Institution.
