I) Pass in SSLC or its equivalent. II) National Trade Certificate (NTC) awarded by the National Council for Vocational Training in the trade of Electrician/ Mechanic Motor Vehicle/ Electrical/ Mechanical after the completion of 2 year course or its equivalent. OR Kerala Government Certificate Examination in Engineering in Electrical issued by Government of Kerala after the completion of 2 year course or its equivalent. [G.O. Scale of pay: ₹ 27,200-73,600/ per month.
