Qualification
i) Pass in SSLC or its equivalent. ii) Tapping course Certificate conducted by Rubber Board. Experience :- At least 5 years of experience in a registered rubber plantation unit. Note:If there is a deficiency of SC/ST candidates, the condition of experience for SC/ST candidates shall be relaxed, if they are found otherwise suitable for the post to fill the quota reserved to them.
