1) Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering awarded by the Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Kerala after the completion of three years course after pass in SSLC or its equivalent. 2) Must have worked for a period of not less than three years in any of the lower categories included under the Kerala Water Authority Technical Service Rules, 2023 or under Kerala Water Authority (Administrative/ Ministerial and Last Grade) Service Rules 2011.
