Applicants having three (3) years of regular service in any post in member societies affiliated to Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd (Thiruvananthapuram Regional Co-operative Milk Producers Union, Ernakulam Regional Co-operative Milk Producers Union, Malabar Regional Co-operative Milk Producers Union ) as on the date of application and appointment. 2. MBA or equivalent with specialisation in Marketing from a recognised University. 3. Minimum 10 years experience in Managerial position in a reputed organisation involving marketing of Dairy/Food products/FMCG Note: (i) Rule 10(a) (ii) of Part II KS&SSR is applicable for this selection. (ii) The requirement that the employees should be in service of the Society on the date of appointments will not be applicable to those who were recruited through Kerala Public Service Commission to a post in the Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Limited , reserved for employees of the affiliated Co-operative Societies, provided they are continuing in service in that post.
