M.Ed Degree with not less than 50% marks with specialization in Language Education or Methods of Teaching Kannada from any statutory University established in India 3. Teacher Eligibility Test or National or State Eligibility Test or M.Phil or Ph.D in the subject concerned or in Education Note :- 1) Candidates who have acquired Non-qualifying degrees viz. Ph.D/M.Phil/Post Doctoral Fellowship will be awarded weightage marks provided that such non- qualifying degrees shall be in the subjects pertaining to the basic
